Our 8-step deep cleaning process
Once a dirty rug arrives in our state-of-the-art facility, we:
- Inspect the rug and remove stains where necessary (stain removal is an additional charge).
- Place it in our dusting/vibrating machine for dusting and removal of dirt and debris.
- Then the rug gets soaked for a period of time.
- We then place it into our specialised automatic rug washing machine which can wash various rug fibres (i.e. polyester, polypropylene, viscose, acrylic etc.)
- Then the rug is placed in a centrifuge for a spin dry. Here 95% of the moisture is gone.
- We then place the rug in our drying room to remove any lingering moisture. A drying room means we can speed up the drying process so you can have your rug back sooner. Our turnaround time is one of the best in the industry.
- Once the rug is fully dry, we place it in our sweeping and pile lifting machine and spray the rug with 1 of 9 of our rug perfumes for a beautiful finishing touch!
- The rug is then fully inspected to ensure it meets our standards and packaged, ready for delivery or pickup from our facility.
