Overview of our facility

Here is a quick snapshot of our unique deep clean process!

Our brand-new 2024 model machinery and setup are second to none.

We have:

1. A rug dusting machine
2. Rug wash machine
3. Centrifuge to rinse and spin-dry
4. Vacuuming and pile lifting machine

We have also invested in a special drying room so that we can dry your rugs a lot faster and have them back in your home within 3 to 4 days fully dry!

Other cleaning services can take between 6 to 12 days!

Inspecting the rug / Stain removal

Check out our video where we are inspecting every part of the rug and removing stains where possible.

Stain removal takes time and effort, so it is an additional charge. Please send us photos of your rug if there are any stains you would like us to remove. Whilst not every stain comes off (therefore we cannot guarantee it will), we do our very best to take them off and have been very successful in doing so. Whether its slime, tea, coffee, food, texta, pen stains or more we have specialised solutions that are tailored for most stain types.

Rug dusting

Every single rug that comes through our doors is dusted in our dusting / badgering machine to remove dust, dirt and debris, sometimes twice.

This is a crucial step in our 8-step deep cleaning process. One that many rug cleaners sadly overlook. We don't! Check out our video to show you the amount of dirt, dust and debris that can come out of rugs! That is why it is so important to dust rugs BEFORE they are soaked and washed.
